♦ Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers occurred at most places over Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal, Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, Konkan & Goa, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, South Interior Karnataka, Coastal Karnataka and Kerala; at many places over East Rajasthan, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand and Madhya Maharashtra; at a few places over Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, North Interior Karnataka and Tamilnadu; at isolated places over Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi, West Rajasthan, Gujarat and Marathwada. The amounts of rainfall (2 cm or more) has been recorded at 0830 hours IST of today are: Agumbe­-27; Hoshangabad­-23; Shirali-­17; Ujjain-­16; Mangalore & Indore-­10 each; Mahabaleshwar­-9; Rajgarh, Panambur & Betul-­8 each; Shajapur, Bankura, North Lakhimpur, Madikeri, Cannur & Dhar­-7 each; Canning, Shimoga, Chittorgarh, Umaria, Ratlam & Kolkata (Alipur)-­6 each; Bhira, Narsapur, Honavar, Khandwa & Portblair­-5 each; Vengurla, Kozhikode, Cochin, Valprai, Sheopur & Kolkata (Dumdum)-­4 each; Bhopal, Karipur, Sagar, Bulsar, Rajnandgaon, Goa, Bramhapuri, Jalpaiguri, Hirakud, Mayabander, Hutbay, Ajmer, Udaipur, Jhansi, Guwahati & Imphal­-3 each and Guna, Pachmarhi, Shantiniketan, Churu, Jaipur, Itanagar & Chennai­-2 each. 

♦ Minimum temperatures are above normal by 2-­3°C at many places over Gujarat, at a few places over Vidarbha, Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Konkan & Goa, West Rajasthan and Odisha; at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir and Punjab. They are below normal by 2­-3°C at a few places over Coastal Karnataka, South Interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema and West Uttar Pradesh; at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh and Punjab and near normal over rest of the country. 

♦ Kalpana1: Cloud imagery of 1430 hours IST shows convective clouds over many places over West Madhya Pradesh and over some parts of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, northeastern state, Gujarat region, Konkan & Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Maharashtra, Vidarbha, Coastal & interior Karnataka, Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, southeast Arabian sea, Bay of Bengal and Andaman sea. Low/medium clouds are seen over rest parts of the country.
