They are below normal by 2-5°C at most places over East Uttar Pradesh and Gangetic West Bengal; at many places over Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha; at a few places over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh; at isolated places over Punjab, East Madhya Pradesh and Assam & Meghalaya and near normal over rest of the country.
