Luzon and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over the Bicol region and Eastern Visayas which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and from the northeast to north over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough.

Minimum temperatures fell by 23° C over some parts of western Himalayan region and south interior Karnataka and isolated pockets of Punjab, west Rajasthan and interior Maharashtra; rose by 24° C over many parts of Gujarat, south Rajasthan and some parts of east Madhya Pradesh, south Tamilnadu and isolated pockets of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Interior Orissa and Assam and changed a little elsewhere over the country. They are above normal by 23° C over many parts of Rajasthan, subHimalayan West Bengal & Sikkim and some parts of Gujarat region and west Uttar Pradesh and isolated pockets of northeastern states; below normal by 23° C over some parts east Uttar Pradesh, peninsular and adjoining central India and near normal over rest parts of the country. The actual minimum temperatures are above 10°C in the plains of country.
 
RAINFALL (From 0830 hours IST of yesterday to 0830 hours IST of today): Rainfall has occurred at most places over Jammu & Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh, at a few places over Assam & Meghalaya and at one or two places over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Nagaland and Sikkim. Weather remained mainly dry over rest parts of the country. Maximum temperature fell by 610° C over many parts of Bihar and SubHimalayan West Bengal & Sikkim; by 24° C over many parts of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, west Uttar Pradesh and Assam and some parts of Jammu & Kashmir, and Gangetic west Bengal; rose by 24°C over many parts of east Uttar Pradesh and some parts of northeast Madhya Pradesh, Saurashtra & Kutch, Konkan & Goa and coastal Tamilnadu and changed a little elsewhere. They are below normal by 610° C over many parts of SubHimalayan West Bengal & Sikkim and Bihar; by 25° C over many parts of northwest India, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand and above normal by 24° C over some parts of west and east coasts of India and near normal over rest parts of the country.
The highest maximum temperature of 39.0°C has been recorded at Titlagarh (Orissa) and Rentachintala  Andhra Pradesh) in plains of the country.
 
RAINFALL : Rain/snowfall has occured at few places overUttarakhand and at one or two places over Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Rainfall has also occured at many places over Bihar and SubHimalayan West Bengal & Sikkim, at a few places over east Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand and at one or two places over Tamilnadu, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal and Assam.
