♦ Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers occurred at most places over Odisha, West Bengal & Sikkim, Madhya Maharashtra, Konkan & Goa, Coastal Karnataka and Kerala; at many places over Jammu & Kashmir, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Vidarbha, Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, Lakshadweep and Andaman & Nicobar Islands; at a few places over Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Marathwada, interior Karnataka and Gujarat and at isolated places over Uttarakhand, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Rayalaseema and Tamilnadu. The amounts of rainfall (2 cm or more) recorded at 0830 hours IST of today are: Mumbai (Colaba)-­11; Dahanu-­9; Karwar-­8; Mumbai (Santacruz), Daltonganj, Shantiniketan, Jagdalpur, Mormugao & Nancowry­-6 each; Alibag, Hirakud, Harnai, Honavar, Wardha & Shillong­-5 each; Goa/Panjim, Mana, Burdwan, Angul & Adilabad­-4 each; Amritsar, Kolkata, Haldia, Contai, Ahmadnagar, Mahabaleshwar, Digha, Vengurla & Malanjkhand­-3 each and Ganganagar, Bhaunagar, Amreli, Shajapur, Seoni, Ratnagiri, Bajpe, Long Island, Bhawanipatna, Koraput, Baripada, Purulia, Canning, Dhubri & North Lakhimpur­-2 each. 

♦ Minimum temperatures are below normal by 2-­5°C at most places over Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi and Konkan & Goa; at many places over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, West Madhya Pradesh and Coastal Andhra Pradesh at a few places over Rajasthan, East Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand and at isolated places over Punjab and Uttarakhand. They are above normal by 2­-3°C at at isolated places over Saurashtra & Kutch and near normal over rest of the country. 

♦ Kalpana1: Cloud imagery of 1430 hours IST shows convective clouds over West Bengal & Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura,Saurashtra & Kutch, Vidarbha, Konkan & Goa, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Coastal & South Interior Karnataka, Kerala, East Arabian Sea, Lakshadweep area, Bay of Bengal and Andaman sea. Low/medium clouds are seen over rest parts of the country.
