♦  Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers has occurred at most places over  Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, Gujarat, Konkan & Goa, Vidarbha, Coastal Karnataka, South Interior Karnataka and Lakshadweep; at many places over  Punjab, West Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Madhya Maharashtra, North Interior Karnataka, Andaman & Nicobar Islands; at a few places over Assam & Meghalaya and at isolated places over Haryana & Delhi, Sub­HimalayanWest Bengal & Sikkim, Telangana, Rayalaseema and Tamilnadu. Weather remained mainly dry/dry over rest parts of the country. The amounts of rainfall (4 cm or more) recorded at 0830 hours IST of today are: Durg­9; Pachmarhi, Deesa & Diu­7 each; Jammu & Jharsuguda­6 each; Katra, Seoni, Sundergarh, Sambalpur, Digha, Paradip, Haldia, Cochin, Washim, Nedumbassery &  Hutbay­5 each; Meerut, Dibrugarh, Lengpui, Shivpuri, Idar, Pendra, Amreli, Mumbai (SCZ), Mana, Hirakud, Uluberia, Ratnagiri, Cannur, Kottayam & Portblair­4 each.

♦  Temperature:  Minimum temperatures are above normal by 2­4°C at a many places over Rajasthan; at a few places over West Madhya Pradesh and Uttrakhand and at isolated places over Sub­Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim and Gujarat.  They are below normal by 2­5°C at a few places over Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and at isolated places over Karnataka and Tamilnadu and near normal over rest parts of the country.

♦  Kalpana1: Cloud imagery of 0830 hours IST of today shows convective clouds over some parts of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Konkan & Goa,
Bay of Bengal, Andaman sea and northeast & south Arabian sea. Low/medium clouds are seen over rest parts of the country.
