♦  Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers has occurred at  most places over Jammu 
& Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh; at a few places places Assam & Meghalaya and at isolated places over Punjab, Haryana & Delhi, west Uttar Pradesh, Sikkim and Odisha. The amounts of rainfall (in cm) recorded at 0830 hours IST of today are: Manali­4; Batote, Banihal, Qazigund, Pahalgaon, Kalpa, Golaghat and Gangtok­2 each and Srinagar, Kupwara, Baderwah, Dharamshala, Bhuntar, Cherrapunji, Tadong, Jorhat and Majbat­1 each.

♦  Temperatures: Minimum temperatures are below normal by 2­4°C at a few places over Tamilnadu and at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh. They were above normal by 2­4°C at many places over Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal & Sikkim; at a few 
places over Rajasthan, Assam & Meghalaya, Jharkhand, Gujarat region, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha and Madhya Maharashtra and at isolated places over Uttrakhand and Haryana and nearly normal over rest parts of the country.

♦  Kalpana­1: Cloud imagery at 0830 hours IST shows  convective clouds over many parts of Jammu & Kashmir and some parts of Himachal Pradesh. Low/medium clouds are seen over parts of rest western Himalayan region, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal & Sikkim, northeastern states, coastal Andhra Pradesh, interior Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Kerala.
