♦   Rainfall: Light rain/snow has occurred at a many places over Jammu & Kashmir and at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh. Mainly dry/dry weather prevailed over rest of the country. The amount of rainfall(in cm): Kupwara­1.

♦    Temperatures: Minimum temperatures are below normal by 2­4°C at a few places over   Odisha, Rayalaseema, south interior Karnataka, Tamilnadu and at isolated places over east Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Gangetic West Bengal. They are above normal by 2­4°C at many places   over   Jammu   &   Kashmir   and   Himachal   Pradesh;   at   few   places   over   Uttrakhand,   Punjab,   west   Uttar   Pradesh,   Rajasthan,   Madhya 
Maharashtra,Gujarat and Konkan & Goa and isolated places over Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Sub­Himalayan West Bengal and nearly normal over 
rest parts of the country.

♦   Kalpana­1: Cloud imagery at 0830 hours IST shows convective clouds over many parts of Jammu & Kashmir and some parts of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, southeast Bay of Bengal and south Andaman sea. Low/medium clouds are seen over some parts of Uttrakhand, Haryana, north Rajasthan, Assam & Meghalaya, Madhya Maharashtra, north Konkan, coastal Andhra Pradesh, north interior Karnataka and Tamilnadu.
