♦    RAINFALL: Rain/snow has occurred at most places over western Himalayan  region. Rain/thundershowers has occurred at many places over Punjab, Haryana & Delhi and west Uttar Pradesh; at a few places over east Madhya Pradesh and at isolated places over east Uttar Pradesh, west Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Maharashtra and north interior Karnataka. Weather remained dry/mainly dry over rest of the country. The 
amounts of rainfall (in cm) recorded at 0830 hours IST of today are: Pahalgaon­13; Batote­12; Banihal­11; Kokarnag­8; Bhaderwah and Katra­7 each; Srinagar­6; Jammu­4; Kupwara, Tehri and Umaria­3 each; Dharamshala, Manali, Kalpa, Dehradun, Mukteshwar, Moradabad and Tikamgarh­2 each.

♦   Temperatures: Minimum temperatures are below normal by 2­5°C at a few  places over western Himalayan region, Punjab, Rajasthan and Odisha; at isolated places over Punjab, Gujarat  region, Telangana and Gangetic West Bengal. They are above normal by 2­3°C at isolated places over east Madhya Pradesh and nearly normal over rest of the country.

♦   Kalpana­1: Cloud imagery at 1430 convective clouds over some east of Jammu & Kashmir, east Uttar Pradesh, east Madhya Pradesh, north Chhattisgarh, west Bihar, northwest Jharkhand and interior Maharashtra.  Low/medium clouds are seen over rest of 
the country outside Punjab, Haryana & Delhi, Rajasthan, Bihar, Assam and Tamilnadu.
