♦ TEMPERATURES: Minimum temperatures are near normal over most parts of the country.

♦ RAINFALL: Rain/thundershowers  has occurred at most places  along west coast, Madhya Pradesh, coastal Andhra Pradesh and  Sub­Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim; at many places over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, east Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh,Gujarat region, Odisha,  Assam & Meghalaya and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, Vidarbha, Telangana, Madhya Maharashtra, Lakshadweep and Andaman & Nicobar Islands; at a few places over Uttarakhand, west Uttar   Pradesh,   Bihar,   Arunachal   Pradesh,   Gangetic   West   Bengal,   interior   Karnataka,   Rayalaseema,   north Tamilnadu and at one or two places over rest parts of the country. The chief amounts of rainfall (4 cm or more) recorded at 0830 IST of today are: Agumbe­15, Bhira­13, Imphal­12, Mahabaleshwar­11, Alibag and Harnai­10 each, Mumbai(Colaba)­9, Cannur and  Gopalpur­8 each, Vengurla, Ratnagiri, Shivpuri, Jalpaiguri and Alleppy­7
each, Portblair and Surat­6 each, Rajgarh, Nowgong and Valparai­5 each, Bulsar, Gondia, Medikeri, Punalur, Karipur, Mayabander, Waltair, Kozhikode, Mangalore, Panumbur, Kochi, Tirupathi,  Jhalawar,  Jharsuguda  and Mumbai(SCZ)­4 each.

♦   Kalpana­1: Cloud imagery at 1430 hours IST shows convective clouds over parts of Rajasthan, east Uttar Pradesh, Bihar,   east Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Gangetic West Bengal, Assam & Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh,  Gujarat,  Maharashtra,  Karnataka, Kerala,   Bay of Bengal, Andaman Sea and south & east Arabian   sea.   Low/   medium   clouds   are   seen   over   rest   parts   of   the   country   outside   Punjab.
