: TAIL-END OF A COLD FRONT AFFECTING NORTHERN LUZON. INTERTROPICAL CONVERGENCE ZONE (ITCZ) AFFECTING MINDANAO.
FORECAST: NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON AND MINDANAO WILL EXPERIENCE MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH SCATTERED RAINSHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS BECOMING CLOUDY WITH WIDESPREAD RAINS OVER EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON WHICH MAY TRIGGER FLASHFLOODS AND LANDSLIDES. THE REST OF THE COUNTRY WILL HAVE PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES WITH ISOLATED RAINSHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS MOSTLY IN THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING. MODERATE TO STRONG WINDS BLOWING FROM THE SOUTHWEST TO SOUTH WILL PREVAIL OVER THE WESTERN
SECTION OF LUZON AND THE COASTAL WATERS ALONG THIS AREA WILL BE MODERATE TO ROUGH. ELSEWHERE, WINDS WILL BE LIGHT TO MODERATE BLOWING FROM THE SOUTHEAST TO SOUTH WITH SLIGHT TO MODERATE SEAS.

I think we are now entering on a rainy season cause our Philippines Weather is not hot as the last months temperature. Base also on your post, we will experience mostly cloud skies.
