♦ Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers has occurred at most places over Coastal Karnataka and Lakshadweep; at many places over East Uttar Pradesh, West Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal, northeastern states, Odisha, Vidarbha, Konkan & Goa, Saurashtra & Kutch and Gujarat region; at a few places over Jammu & Kashmir, East Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Sub­Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim, Kerala, south Rajasthan and Madhya Maharashtra; at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Telangana and Coastal Andhra Pradesh. The amounts of rainfall (2cm or more) recorded at 1730 hours IST of today are: Goa­-11; Golaghat-­8; Bhira-­7; Mahabaleshwar-­6; Karwar-­5; New Kandla & Cherrapunji­-4 each; Mumbai (SCZ & CLB), Krishnanagar-­3 each; Shajapur, Rajgarh, Sheopur, Bhopal, Betul, Banswara, Shajapur & Kandla-­2 each. 

♦ Maximum temperatures are above normal by 2-­4°C at many places over Himachal Pradesh, Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Kerala & Tamilnadu; at a few places over Odisha and at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir, West Uttar Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal & Marathwada. They are below normal by 2-4°C at many places over West Madhya Pradesh, Bihar & Chhattisgarh; at a few places over Assam & Meghalaya and at isolated places over East Madhya Pradesh & Vidarbha and near normal over rest of the country. 

♦ Kalpana1: Cloud imagery of 1730 hours IST shows convective clouds over parts of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal, Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Odisha,Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Tamilnadu, Arabian sea, Bay of Bengal and Andaman sea. Low/medium clouds are seen over rest parts of the country.
