TEMPERATURES: Minimum temperatures are above normal by 45°C over over Vidarbha; by 23°C over many parts of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, rest interior Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, interior Karnataka and some parts of Gujarat, Gangetic West Bengal and north Tamilnadu. They are above normal by 24° C over parts of western Himalayan region and near normal over rest parts of the country. The lowest minimum temperature of 8.6°C has been recorded at Muzafarnagar (Uttar Pradesh) and Narnaul (Haryana) in plains of the country.

RAINFALL: Rainfall has occurred at one or two places over Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Weather remained mainly dry over rest parts of the country.
CLOUDS: Kalpana1 Cloud imagery at 1430 hours IST shows convective clouds over parts of South Bay of Bengal and some parts of central Tamilnadu and southeast Arabian Sea. Low/medium clouds are seen over some parts of western Himalayan region, Arunachal Pradesh, rest Tamilnadu and Kerala.
 
Northwesterly winds are prevailing over IndoGangetic plains.
The trough of low over southwest Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood persists.
The feeble western disturbance as an upper air system over Jammu & Kashmir and neighborhood is still moving away eastnortheastwards.
