♦ A trough of low at mean sea level from southeast Bay of Bengal to eastcentral Bay of Bengal across Andaman sea with associated upper air trough extending upto 2.1 Km above mean sea level persists. Under its influence, a low pressure area may develop over central parts of south Bay of Bengal around 13th November.
♦ An upper air cyclonic circulation over Konkan & Goa extending upto 1.5 Km above mean sea level persists.
♦ The upper air cyclonic circulation over Assam & Meghalaya and neighbourhood persists upto 3.1 km above mean sea level.
♦ TEMPERATURES: The Maximum temperatures are below normal by 23° C over some parts of Bihar, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha and south Chhattisgarh and at isolated pockets of Rajasthan, Vidarbha and north Andhra Pradesh. They are above normal by
about 2°C over some parts of extreme south peninsular India and at isolated pockets of Uttar Pradesh and near normal over rest parts of the country. The highest maximum temperature of 36.0°C has been recorded at Idar (Gujarat) in the plains of the
country.
♦ RAINFALL : Light rainfall has occurred at a few places over Kerala.
♦ Cloud imagery at 1730 hours IST shows convective clouds over parts of south Arabian sea, south Andaman sea and south Bay of Bengal. Low/medium clouds are seen over parts of Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and south peninsular India.
