Monsoon News India 29 June 2012 Rainfall Report Forecast
·The Northern Limit of Monsoon (NLM) continues to pass through Lat 21.0°N/ Long. 60.0° E, Lat 21.0°N/ Long. 65.0°E, Veraval, Navsari, Malegaon, Betul, Jabalpur, Sidhi, Varanasi, Gorakhpur and Lat 28.0°N/ Long. 83.0°E on 28thth June 2012.
·The Satellite Kalpana-1 Cloud imagery at 1430 hours IST shows convective clouds over parts of Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal, central & north Bay of Bengal, eastcentral & southeast Arabian Sea and north Andaman sea. Low/medium clouds are seen over rest parts of the country outside Punjab and Rajasthan.
