Eastern section of Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over Eastern and Central Visayas and Northeastern Mindanao which may trigger flasfloods and landslides. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the Northeast and East over Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere winds will be light to moderate from the Northeast with slight to moderate seas.
