Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered light rains while Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms with widespread rains over Central Visayas and over the Northern and Eastern sections of Mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the Northeast and East over Eastern Mindanao. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Northeast with slight to moderate seas.
