Mostly bright but chilly, although becoming cloudy in the northwest.
A chilly, frosty start for most with some ice and fog patches. This fog locally slow to clear, but otherwise most places dry with good sunny spells developing. However northwestern parts, particularly Northern Ireland becoming cloudy, with light rain possible.
Largely clear and cold with a widespread frost and some mist or fog developing, particularly across southern and central parts. Remaining cloudy across the northwest however, with further light rain.
Mainly fine and dry after another cold start, although fog patches may be slow to clear. Brisk southeasterly winds developing in the west where it may be cloudier at times.
