Weather Report Sri Lanka 14 January 2012:
North-East monsoon flow is getting strengthening over the island. Therefore fairly strong winds at times will be experienced in the North, East and Uva provinces and along the eastern slopes of the central hills.
Except for a isolated thundershower in the Southern province during the afternoon or evening mainly dry weather is expected over most parts of the country.
