SYNOPSIS :  DIFFUSED TAIL-END OF A COLD FRONT AFFECTING THE EASTERN SECTION OF SOUTHERN LUZON.   WIND CONVERGENCE AFFECTING MINDANAO.

FORECAST : SOUTHERN LUZON, EASTERN VISAYAS AND MINDANAO WILL EXPERIENCE MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH  SCATTERED RAINSHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THE REST OF LUZON WILL HAVE PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES  WITH ISOLATED LIGHT RAINS WHILE THE REST OF THE COUNTRY WILL BE PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY WITH ISOLATED  RAINSHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS. MODERATE TO STRONG WINDS BLOWING FROM THE NORTHEAST WILL PREVAIL OVER LUZON AND VISAYAS  AND THE COASTAL WATERS ALONG THESE AREAS WILL BE MODERATE TO ROUGH. ELSEWHERE, WINDS WILL BE LIGHT TO  MODERATE COMING FROM THE EAST AND NORTHEAST WITH SLIGHT TO MODERATE SEA.
