WEATHER FORECAST OF SRI LANKA FOR 19TH OCTOBER 2011:
Showers or thundershowers will be experienced over most parts of the island during the afternoon and evening. Fairly heavy falls are also likely at some places.
There may be temporary localized fairly strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize the damages caused by lightning activities.
There will be showers in the South-Western coastal areas during the morning too.
