TEMPERATURES:
Minimum temperatures are above normal by 45° C over some parts of south Chhattisgarh and by 23° C over many parts of rest central India and some parts of Jammu division of Jammu & Kashmir, north interior Karnataka and Telangana. They are near normal over rest parts of the country. The lowest minimum temperature of 13.4°C has been recorded at Delhi (Ayanagar) in plains of the country.
 
RAINFALL (From 0830 hours IST of yesterday to 0830 hours IST of today): Rain/thundershowers has occurred at a few places over east Madhya Pradesh and Kerala and at one or two places over Rajasthan, west Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh Sikkim and Tamilnadu. Weather remained mainly dry over rest of the country. The amount of rainfall (1 cm or more) recorded at 0830 hours IST of today are: Punalur3, Palakad and Nedumbassary2 each and Gangtok and Jaisalmer1 each. Weather remained mainly dry over the country.
 
CLOUDS: Kalpana1 Cloud imagery at 0830 hours IST shows convective clouds over some parts of Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh. Low/medium clouds are seen over rest parts of Western Himalayan region, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh and parts of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Arunachal Pradesh.
