: TROUGH OF A LOW PRESSURE AREA (LPA) AFFECTING THE WESTERN SECTION OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON. INTERTROPICAL CONVERGENCE ZONE (ITCZ) AFFECTING MINDANAO.

FORECAST:

THE WESTERN SECTION OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON, EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON, PALAWAN AND MINDANAO WILL EXPERIENCE MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH SCATTERED RAINSHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THE REST OF THE COUNTRY WILL HAVE PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES WITH ISOLATED RAINSHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS MOSTLY IN THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING.

MODERATE TO STRONG WINDS BLOWING FROM THE SOUTHWEST TO SOUTH WILL PREVAIL OVER WESTERN LUZON AND ITS COASTAL WATERS WILL BE MODERATE TO ROUGH. ELSEWHERE, WINDS WILL BE LIGHT TO MODERATE BLOWING FROM THE SOUTHEAST TO SOUTH WITH SLIGHT TO MODERATE SEAS
