Synoptic Situation: A Westerly low lies over Uttar
Pradesh and adjoining Bihar . Seasonal low lies over South Bay
Forecast: Weather is
likely to remain mainly dry with tempo. partly cloudy sky over the country. Having
chances of light rain/drizzle at one or two places over Rangpur division. Moderate to thick fog may occur over the riverbasins
and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country during mid night
till morning.
Mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over
Rajshahi, Rangpur & Barisal divisions and the regions of Mymensingh,
Tangail, Faridpur, Madaripur, Sandwip, Comilla, Feni, Jessore, Kushtia and Srimangal and it may abate.
Temperature: Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and
night temperature may rise by 1-2°C over the country.
