BAY INFERENCE: According to the observation at (17:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area has formed over Southeast Bay and it is move to the South Bay and adjoining central of Bengal still persist. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy in the Andaman sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 26th DECEMBER, 2011: Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago Region, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and  isolated to scattered rain are likely in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%)
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35) to (40) m.p.h.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYSLikelihood of isolated rain in the Upper Myanmar areas.
